Buying
From the pre-approval process until you are being handed the keys to your new home, I will be with you every step of the way. From first time homebuyers to investors, I'm ready to help you with the buying process.

Assist with Pre-approval: Recommend lenders, discuss options, etc.

Identify Needs: Discuss needs, wants, and desires with you. Will help guide you with location, neighborhoods, etc.

Home Shopping: Will send listings based on needs and will schedule appointments and assist with seeing homes.

The building process can be overwhelming. I will be the buffer between you and the builder's representative to ensure that all of your needs are met.
